Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within a certain period, usually 14 days from delivery, subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products where the seal has been broken after delivery, if permitted by applicable law. In such cases, you may not be able to return an opened product.

Return conditions

• Products must normally be returned in their original packaging and, where applicable, with seals intact, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
• You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.
• Depending on the situation, return shipping costs may be borne by you or by us, in line with legal requirements and the reason for the return.

Refund process

Once a return is accepted and the product has been received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transport or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution in line with applicable consumer protection rules.
